Stripe

Supabase

Our database and authentication provider. Supabase stores your account credentials and usage data securely.

Anthropic

Our AI provider. Documents and prompts you submit are processed by Anthropic's Claude models to generate output. Anthropic's data use policies apply.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PrismAgent Solutions, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer. Uploaded documents used for AI processing are not retained beyond the active session unless explicitly saved to your account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and tokenized payment processing via Stripe. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
